OVERVIEW
The Asian House offers a serene island escape with a private gym, sauna, steam room, massage room, and a cozy home theater for entertainment. It also includes a separate two-bedroom apartment for added privacy. Outside, guests can enjoy a heated pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor Tiki hut kitchen. The property opens onto a semi-private pink-sand beach, complete with a shaded cabana and a variety of water sports equipment for relaxing or exploring the turquoise waters.
THE GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor, you will find a 300 sq. ft. gym, sauna, steam room, massage room, and a large shower, all designed to provide ultimate relaxation. For entertainment, we include a 400 sq. ft. movie theater equipped with reclining sofas for a luxurious viewing experience.
This level also features four beautifully designed suites. In the southeast corner, Suite 6 offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Next to the gym at the front of the house, Suite 7 provides a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and sliding doors that open to a cozy patio.

When you step into the house you will see a spacious, open living area with a wooden cathedral ceiling and picture windows that offer magnificent views over the lush pool area and the Atlantic Ocean. This open gathering area combines several living spaces into one central area.
To the right of the room is the modern kitchen and a second suite that overlooks the ocean. To the left are three more suites : the third suite which also overlooks the ocean and at the front of the house are suites four and five which have private balconies.

The top floor is accessible from the main floor by way of a magnificently designed floating staircase. On this floor you will find a home office and a master suite, the house’s largest bedroom.
