We are dedicated to delivering exceptional guest service at our Bahamas vacation rentals, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. At Asian House, one of our premier properties, our commitment to excellence is evident in every detail.
To begin with, our dedicated team in Miami handles all pre-arrival arrangements, including reservations, guest requests, and coordination with our Harbour Island staff. Once you arrive, our on-site team ensures your needs are met with efficiency and care, creating a truly memorable stay.
Furthermore, while many of our services are included, we also provide optional enhancements to personalize your experience. With this thoughtful approach, we strive to make Asian House and our other properties the ultimate choice for luxury vacation rentals.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Our property manager will be on site everyday during your stay. He will welcome you upon your arrival and meet you at one of the most convenient docks in Harbour Island, and will drop you off upon your departure. The property manager will familiarize you with the house and its amenities and will make sure that you have an unforgettable stay with us.
The property manager oversees the Palmeraie team and will make sure that your needs are met. The main mission of our property manager is to make sure that guests encounter zero issues during their stay, and if an issue arises that it will be fixed expeditiously. Our property manager does not act as a concierge, he does not make restaurant reservations for example.
MAINTENANCE
Our maintenance team inspects all major equipment daily, proactively identifying potential issues before they escalate. This ensures that the house runs smoothly and at the highest level. While our team can address most problems, we also have reliable local contractors on standby, just a phone call away.
We firmly believe in prevention and incorporate it into our daily practices. In addition, our Miami team plays a crucial role in the quick procurement of equipment and special parts that may not be readily available on the island. In most cases, these parts are purchased in Miami, transported on our corporate plane, and delivered to our Bahamas vacation rentals on the same day, minimizing any disruptions to your stay.
GROUNDSKEEPERS
Our groundskeepers are at the house daily to maintain and clean the vibrant garden and to make sure the landscapes remain beautiful and lush.
They also keep the pool and Jacuzzi in pristine condition and perform regular maintenance to ensure they run properly during your stay.

Each morning the groundskeeper will prepare the pool deck and set up the lounge chairs with towels and open the umbrellas.
The beach will be cleaned and raked early every morning and the beach lounge chairs will be set up so our guests can enjoy our most wonderful asset, our beaches.
HOUSEKEEPING
La Palmeraie Bahamas provides daily housekeeping service so our guests can relax and enjoy their vacation.
Our passionate housekeeping team is very meticulous when it comes to cleaning and our house will be immaculate upon your arrival. Two valued members of our cleaning staff will come every day and make sure that all suites, bathrooms and living areas are cleaned.

OPTIONAL SERVICES
At La Palmeraie Bahamas, we strive to excel in everything we do. If we are unable to assist, we will guide guests to the best local vendors. We receive no compensation for these recommendations; they are made solely based on the positive feedback we’ve received from past guests who have stayed at our rental houses.

Tamara has been teaching fitness classes on Harbour Island for over 12 years, offering a variety of classes and services to guests, including beach yoga, beach boot camp, Pilates, sunset sessions, group workouts, dance fitness, circuit training, and more!
