IS LA PALMERAIE HOME RENTALS A PARTY HOUSE?

La Palmeraie homes, ranked as the top rentals on Harbour Island, are often chosen for hosting private gatherings. However, we do not allow wild parties with loud music or bands at our properties. We refuse rentals if we suspect misuse of our homes for such events. Our contract clearly prohibits these activities, and we strictly enforce this policy. Unlike other rentals on Harbour Island, we maintain a firm stance against unruly parties. If violations occur, our associates will notify us, and we will cancel the contract immediately without reimbursement. Renters must vacate the premises immediately, with local police assisting if necessary. Intimate dinner parties are welcome, provided noise levels remain reasonable.
