THE FIRST FLOOR

When you step into the house you will see a spacious, open living area with a wooden cathedral ceiling and picture windows that offer magnificent views over the lush pool area and the Atlantic Ocean. This open gathering area combines several living spaces into one central area.

To the right of the room is the modern kitchen and a second suite that overlooks the ocean. To the left are three more suites : the third suite which also overlooks the ocean and at the front of the house are suites four and five which have private balconies.

THE GROUND FLOOR

The ground floor is a sanctuary of wellness and leisure, featuring a private fitness room complete with a massage room, sauna, steam room, and shower. For entertainment, there is a movie theater with reclining sofas.

The ground floor also hosts four additional guest suites: Suites 6 and 7 offer king beds and private ensuite bathrooms, while a sprawling self-contained apartment provides a full kitchen, living room area, two queen bedrooms (8 and 9) and a bathroom. THE SECOND FLOOR

The top floor is accessible from the main floor by way of a magnificently designed floating staircase. On this floor you will find a home office and a master suite, the house’s largest bedroom. This spacious suite faces east and has a private balcony with sweeping ocean views. The oversized, freestanding bathtub and separate shower located in the ensuite bathroom also have direct ocean views. The office is located next to the master suite.
