THE GROUND FLOOR
Located on the ground floor is the fitness room, a sauna, steam room and shower with bathroom. There is a small game room with a foosball table, PacMan arcade game, dart board and board games.
At the south end of the home is a door that leads to a large apartment with a full kitchen, dining area, a living room and suites 8 and 9. The two apartment suites have queen size beds and share a full-size bathroom with a shower.
