Property Management

Our property manger and his team are considered by our clients as the best on the island.

Our property manager will be on site everyday during your stay. He will welcome you upon your arrival and meet you at one of the most convenient docks in Harbour Island, and will drop you off upon your departure. The property manager will familiarize you with the house and its amenities and will make sure that you have an unforgettable stay with us.

The property manager oversees the Palmeraie team and will make sure that your needs are met. The main mission of our property manager is to make sure that guests encounter zero issues during their stay, and if an issue arises that it will be fixed expeditiously. Our property manager does not act as a concierge, he does not make restaurant reservations for example.

Villa Maintenance

Our maintenance team inspects all major equipment on a daily basis. They identify potential maintenance issues before they escalate to ensure the house runs smoothly at the highest level. While our maintenance team is capable of fixing a majority of problems, we also work with local contractors that are just a phone call away.

We believe in prevention and are practicing it as a way of life. Our Miami team plays a crucial role when it comes to the quick procurement of equipment and special parts that are not available on the island. In most cases, the parts can be purchased in Miami and on our corporate plane to arrive in Eleuthera the same day.

Groundskeepers

Our groundskeepers are at the house daily to maintain and clean the vibrant garden and to make sure the landscapes remain beautiful and lush.

They also keep the pool and Jacuzzi in pristine condition and perform regular maintenance to ensure they run properly during your stay.

Each morning the groundskeeper will prepare the pool deck and set up the lounge chairs with towels and open the umbrellas.

The beach will be cleaned and raked early every morning and the beach lounge chairs will be set up so our guests can enjoy our most wonderful asset, our beaches.

Housekeeping

La Palmeraie Villa provides daily housekeeping service so our guests can relax and enjoy their vacation.

Our passionate housekeeping team is very meticulous when it comes to cleaning and our villa will be immaculate upon your arrival. Two valued members of our cleaning staff will come every day and make sure that all bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas are cleaned.

OPTIONAL SERVICES

The following optional services are provided by outside vendors and have been used by many of our past guests. We’ve recommend them because of the positive feedback received from past guests staying at our Harbour Island Bahamas house rentals. Please note that we are not compensated for these recommendations nor take any responsibility.

Chef Service

Pirosska Higgs, known locally as Chef Poka, has been serving guests at La Palmeraie Villa 1 for many years. She provides both catering and private chef service.

Villa Boat

As a guest of La Palmeraie Villa you have the option to use the villa’s 32’ powerboat. The boat comes with a captain so you can relax and enjoy a day island hopping, fishing or swimming with the pigs!

Fitness with Tamara

Tamara has been teaching fitness classes on Harbour Island for over 12 years. She offers a range of classes and services to visitors and residents. Beach yoga, beach boot camp, Pilates, sunset classes, group workouts, dance fit, circuit training and more!
